Make sure you are getting the right part, we do not offer refunds or credit for negligence. Even if our mechanic says that it will fit, they are not always correct. Please check with the dealer since vehicles can have different equipment than the ones we have.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the part and it is still installed in the vehicle for which it was originally purchased. This warranty is non-transferable. If any defect is discovered during the warranty period, ABC Used Auto Parts INC must be informed immediately.
All claims must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and any other documentation reasonably requested by ABC Used Auto Parts INC. Defects must be verified and all repairs must be authorized by ABC Used Auto Parts INC. All transportation costs are excluded from this warranty. ABC Used Auto Parts INC reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any part at its option.
Such repair, replacement or refund will satisfy all obligations of ABC Used Auto Parts INC under this warranty. Any improper use or abuse (including but not limited to overheating, low or improper fluids and levels) neglect, careless handlings, damage done by improper installation, or repairs, or removal of a part from the vehicle shall void this warranty. Melting of heat tabs installed by ABC Used Auto Parts INC will be considered evidence of overheating. All labor costs including, but not limited to the cost of moving attached external parts from the purchaser’s old part to ABC Used Auto Parts INC part, seals, gaskets, fluids, and similar supplies are specifically excluded from this warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, application or use. This liability and obligation of ABC Used Auto Parts INC under this warranty shall not exceed the price of the part as shown on the original invoice and shall not include any inconvenience, transportation, towing, downtime, and/or loss of vehicle, direct or indirect consequential damage.
Labor expenses coverage is for individuals who have purchased an extended warranty from ABC Used Auto Parts INC only. No action by ABC Used Auto Parts INC under this warranty shall extend the original warranty period or alter its obligations. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Any cause of action arising from any warranty must be commenced in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orlando, FL.
Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, not using proper fluid, not replacing new filter or broken front pump and improper installation voids all warranties. All conditions under terms of sale apply. ABC Used Auto Parts INC recommends the buyer replace front seal, rear seal, pan gasket, filters, and axle shaft seals when applicable prior to installation, as these are not covered by warranty. Transmission installation has nothing to do with your vehicle not turning on. Any claims due to vehicle not starting from installation of a used transmission are void.
*CVT Transmissions require the Transmission Cooler to be replaced before installation or Warranty will be voided.
Returned parts must be in the original condition.
Electrical parts and new parts, which have been used, will not be eligible for returns. Refunds will not be allowed.
Returns may be subject to a handling charge.
All returns must be authorized by a salesperson or manager. Delivery drivers are not authorized to approve returns.
Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges on items that were not needed or improperly ordered.
Leaking gaskets or seals are not covered.
Incidental and consequential damages are not covered.
Towing & diagnostic charges are not paid under this contract.
Improper transmission installation is not covered.
Transmission cooler lines must be flushed or warranty will be void. RADs with engine coolers and divorced oil coolers must be replaced. Transmission may need to be relearned, reset or flashed by dealer AND may need electronic valve body replaced.
Any and all claims or damage resulting from: abuse, negligence, freezing, overheating of any type, failure to maintain proper coolant, fluid, refrigerant, or lubrication levels, personal damages, per diem expenses, storage fees, medical expenses telephone or rental charges, fire, flood, vandalism, theft, collision, acts of God, competition or racing, usages not approved by the vehicle manufacturer, improper load capacity, or improper towing, damages cause by contaminated fluids, coolants, or lubricants for any reason, misuse, road conditions, riots or acts of war. Leaking seals, gaskets or fittings are not covered. Vehicle components that require normal manufacturer’s recommended replacement intervals are not covered.
If the engine or transmission is not installed by a certified mechanic, the warranty is void. No exceptions! ABC will not be held responsible if the engine purchased does not fit into the designated vehicle. Before purchasing our engine or transmission, you, the customer, must verify that the engine will fit into your vehicle. We will not be held responsible if incorrect engine is purchased.
ABC Used Auto Parts INC warrants to the original purchaser the internal parts of its engines to be free of defects for the period shown on the invoice. The parts covered by the warranty are the engine blocks, cylinder head and valves, cam shaft, connecting rods and bearings, pistons, rings, oil pump, crankshaft and bearings, rocker arms, lifters, and other internal parts. Excluded from this warranty: all external parts of an engine such as axles, power steering, oil/water & a/c pumps, intake & exhaust manifolds, carburetors,distributors, coil packs, ignitors, valve cover(s), oil pan, alternators, starters, emission control devices, thermostats, belts,hoses, clutches, flywheels, pulleys, wiring, computers (ECU), transmissions, turbo/supercharger units, fuel systems, gaskets,seals, sensors, solenoids, and any plastic trim pieces. ABC Used Auto Parts INC strongly recommends the purchaser replace the timing belt and rear main seal prior to installation, as these are not covered by warranty.
In the unlikely event of a Head/Block/Transmission being defective, we will require the following to be faxed only to us: ABC Used Auto will require a detailed written description (work order) along with pictures of the described defective part from a Certified Mechanic ONLY. A copy of the Mechanic’s certification along with his/her contact information must be provided. ABC Used Auto will contact the Certified Mechanic to ensure that the documents are legitimate. The Certified Mechanic may not be the individual who bought the engine from ABC Used Auto. You may fax the required paperwork by fax to 407-568-5434.
No refunds or exchanges on non defective engines. No Deposit refunds. You have 7 business days to pick up the item you left a deposit for.
(Checks not accepted) All refused/returned orders will be charged 25% of the item amount for restocking fee plus all original and return freight charges back to our warehouse, no exceptions. ABC Used Auto is not responsible for damages occurring during shipment of any engine, transmission, or part ABC USED AUTO is not responsible for any expenses involved in applications of our products. (Shipping, Labor, Etc.)
